    Added descriptions of stamp printing varieties. This primarily affected the stamps of the Russian Empire and the RSFSR - the catalog contains all sorts of varieties available to collectors. The types of overprints and varieties of currency stamps and other auxiliary issues are described.
    Added new sections:
    - USSR. Comparison table. The Year of the issue is not indicated on many stamps of the USSR. This section makes it easier to find brands in the catalog.
    - Using stamps as a means of payment. In many regions of Russia in 1918, there was a lack of a trump coin. Local authorities solved this problem by using postage stamps as a means of payment (similar to the postage stamps of the Russian Empire).
    The rating of many brands has been changed.
    The catalog significantly expands the amount of information about postal items within the country.​
