1) New never used - Thermador
Professional

PRG486WDH
) - all gas 48" range / stove with 6 burners + griddle in stainless steel. Unit was made in 2020 and was installed in a brand new home for about 2 months. The unit was removed after the home was sold. The buyers did not want to pay for the upgraded appliances. The unit has never been actually used, it ended up being a brief display model.
The top and front of the stove have no scratches or dents. Unit shows almost no signs of wear. There are some imperfections on the sides where it slides in between cabinets but once installed they won't be visible anyway.
It comes with smooth gliding roll out oven racks, griddle, awesome large stainless knobs, touch screen oven control, broil pan and tons more.
This range was tested and it works flawlessly. Retails at ,499 + tax!
This range is set up for natural gas. It can be converted to propane according to Thermador. The
Thermador
part number is: PALPKITGW and it retails for 9.
2) New never used - Thermador Professional 48" Vent Hood (model # PH48GWS) in stainless steel. The hood is brand new and out of the box. There are some very
minor
scratches that I pointed out on the photos. The
scratches
are very hard to see and even harder to capture on camera. Once the hood is installed, There is no way someone will be able to spot them, especially a person that doesn't know they are there. The vent hood is complete with all the pieces. The
retail
for the vent hood is ,699 + tax. The hood features heat lamps and LED lights. Please keep in mind that the blower motor for these hoods are sold
separately
. The buyer will still need to buy a blower motor for this unit in order for it to be functional.

. I will crate this oven before shipping.
Please keep in mind that the cost of lumber is at an all time high at the moment which increases the cost of shipping since this item needs to be crated for shipping. The shipping service includes delivery to a residential address with a lift gate. If the property has a solid surface driveway (not gravel or dirt) the shipper will leave it in your garage / driveway. They will not go inside the home. Please note that if you live in a very remote area, have a curvy driveway, up the hill type of a driveway or have trees that are obstructing the delivery driver will leave the crate at the beginning of the driveway and it will be up to you to handle it from there. It is up to the driver to make that determination should he feel it is unsafe for him to come closer onto the property.
The shipping company will have your phone number (the one registered to your ebay account) and they will call you ahead of time to set up a delivery appointment. The appointment is usually a 2-4 hour window. You can request the driver to call you when he is on his way to your home - at the time of the appointment.
