    Pos. 24: "Dot 1mm W of the top of the 2nd rayon - under 'O' of COMMERCIAL."
    "Horizontal dash through 2nd 'A' of AFRICA."
    Fine colors and appearance. Clean and sound.
    Very scarce as fiscal usage on an SG 151.
    Perfinned 29 12 10 on piece.
    A super nice stamp in every respect!
